Refund Policy

Plain rules, no forms to hunt for. Write to billing@ytmate.in with the email on your account and we act within 3 working days.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there is no pro-rata refund for the remaining days, except when we remove a feature you paid for or the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a month.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded for the unused credits at the price you paid.

Failed generations

Any AI action that fails or is blocked by the model's safety filter refunds its credits automatically, usually within a minute. If it did not, tell us and we fix it.

Lifetime deal

Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that it is final; the seat count is real and we do not resell returned seats.

Payments in ₹ and abroad

Indian payments are refunded through Razorpay to the original UPI or card in 5 to 7 working days. International payments are refunded by our merchant of record to the original method; timing depends on your bank. GST invoices are reissued as credit notes.
