This Privacy Policy describes how ytmate.in collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services.
We do not require you to provide personal information to use our free tools. When you sign in with Google to access the dashboard, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth. When you connect your YouTube channel, we access read-only channel statistics (subscriber count, view counts, video list) using the YouTube Data API v3. We do not store YouTube URLs or video data you enter into our tools — all processing happens server-side and is not persisted. We collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 to understand how users interact with our site.
We use your information to display your channel analytics inside the dashboard, generate personalized AI insights using your channel data, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Our tools use YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke ytmate's access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account permissions.
We use cookies to maintain your login session via NextAuth.js, and for Google Analytics usage tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Session data is stored temporarily in encrypted cookies and expires when you sign out. We do not maintain a long-term database of your YouTube data. Channel statistics are fetched live from the YouTube API each time you visit the dashboard.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
When you create an account, you will receive a welcome email from noreply@ytmate.in. You may also receive transactional emails such as channel audit reports, milestone notifications, and weekly digests. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
