Terms of Service

Short version: use the tools honestly, do not try to download videos through us, pay for what you use, and remember that anything we push to YouTube happens only after you click.

1. The service

Free tools that read public YouTube data, a paid studio that generates thumbnails and text with AI, and a connected-channel product that reads your own YouTube Analytics with your permission. We can change or retire features; paid plans are refunded pro-rata if a feature you paid for is removed.

2. What you may not do

• Attempt to download, extract or store YouTube video or audio through the service.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute data you obtain here.
• Use another person's channel or keys without their permission.
• Circumvent limits, quotas or credit accounting.

3. Publishing to YouTube

Changes to your channel (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, uploads, schedules) are made only when you confirm that specific change. You are responsible for content you publish. We keep the previous version for 30 days so you can revert, but YouTube's own systems decide what viewers see.

4. AI output

Generated images and text are produced by third-party models. They may be wrong, generic or similar to others' output. Scores and predictions are estimates, not YouTube metrics. You own what you generate to the extent the model provider allows; do not generate content that infringes others' rights, including using a real person's likeness without consent.

5. Your own API keys

When you use your own provider key, usage is billed by that provider under your agreement with them. We never resell it and never use it outside actions you trigger.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in ₹ for India and in USD elsewhere. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. Credits do not expire while a paid plan is active. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost views, revenue or channel actions taken by YouTube. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Indian law applies; courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
